Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reference architecture for digital channel (web, mobile, chat, email, voice) technology stack, including the definition of application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers

Define integration architecture for interfaces between digital channels and other enterprise applications such as Facets, Snowflake data warehouse, and several major business applications

Develop solution architectures for various business initiatives that have a dependency on digital experiences

Be responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture blueprints that articulate our business strategy, future state business and technology architecture, and multiyear execution roadmap

Collaborate with other architects to create and document standards and patterns that can be leveraged for future re-use, and actively seek opportunities to leverage industry solutions for new business offerings and services

Develop and maintain reference architecture which includes the reference model, guiding principles, standards, patterns, and usage guidelines

Create contextual and conceptual models that help document and simplify potentially complex topics

Manage the creation and maintenance of models that identify interdependencies between business units, roles, associated capabilities, and technologies

Required

Experience with omni-channel digital technologies required

Deep understanding of healthcare and industry technologies is critical

Requires at least 10 years of relevant IT experience

Requires at least 3 years of experience in an architecture role

BS in Computer Science, Science, or Engineering

BS or BA in other disciplines is acceptable, supplemented with adequate relevant experience

Preferred

At least 2 years of experience working in the healthcare industry preferred

MS in Computer Science or related disciplines is preferred

Enterprise Architecture Methodology certification preferred
