They are seeking an Operational Support Expeditor to join their Supply Operations team, responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing purchase orders, and ensuring efficient communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Oversee and track purchase orders for the following types of requests: Rush Orders, Needs by Date requests
Provide proactive updates to Sales members or Ops leaders regarding high priority requests to ensure all stake holders remain up to date
Monitor Ops Expedite Mailbox and Nutrient workflow platform for any new incoming requests to ensure that the queues for each of the channels is up to date daily
Redirect any requests that may come through the inappropriate channels, so that the proper communication pathways are encouraged
Ensure that all inventory movement is managed appropriately and managed in real time or same day
Follow appropriate escalation procedures for any non-standard activities to designated leadership
Manage orders with credit card holds in a timely manner. (KPI Deallocate after 7 days)
Manage orders within the Embroidery department that are placed on Logo Issues Hold by reviewing this list daily and ensuring any length hold orders are deallocated per procedure. (KPI Deallocate after 5 days)
Communicate daily with counterpart in each Distribution Center, to align on distribution of work for the day ahead
Utilize reporting to review old 'stuck' orders, problem solve how to push the orders forward
Cross-trained in the FitKit departmental tasks, support when instructed during low volumes
Cross checking Obsolete Inventory Sales Orders, with proper internal communications, to validate that only pre-logoed inventory is allocated. Then further communicate to the Customer Service team and the account to remove any items from the sales order which are not pre-logoed inventory, while also ensuring these pick tickets are then pushed onward to the DC team for further management

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong overall computer skills
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a proactive, action-oriented mindset
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
