Change and Process Management Lead

Responsibilities
Own and drive all automation requirements for the SPP workstream to streamline workflows, reduce manual efforts, and increase efficiency
Spearhead the integration of SPP tools with the Network Digitalization Team and Globe systems to ensure seamless operations
Directly lead the execution of change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and tools
Identify, analyze, and optimize existing SPP processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance
Implement solutions that drive efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of process and automation projects, including requirement gathering, development, deployment, training, and post-implementation support
Ensure compliance with project process and documentation requirements (e.g., project charters, PM plans, dashboards)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs, gather feedback, and implement automation and process improvements
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new processes and automation tools for successful adoption
Directly manage the data lifecycle and retention policies for SPP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Take ownership of all platforms containing SPP information and data, ensuring their effective management and utilization
Completes other special projects and ad hoc assignments such as innovation and transformation opportunities, related to SPP1
Adopt a techco mindset, embrace Globe’s Digital for all mantra and leverage the Globe group’s portfolio to further increase value with business partners
Qualification
Required
Experience in driving operational excellence through process improvement and automation
Proven ability to lead change management strategies and facilitate smooth transitions
Strong analytical skills to identify and optimize existing processes
Project management experience, including requirement gathering, development, deployment, training, and post-implementation support
Ability to ensure compliance with project process and documentation requirements
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation and process improvements
Capability to provide training and support on new processes and automation tools
Experience managing data lifecycle and retention policies, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Ownership of platforms containing SPP information and data for effective management
Ability to complete special projects and ad hoc assignments related to innovation and transformation opportunities
Adoption of a techco mindset and leveraging digital solutions to increase value with business partners
