They are seeking a Senior Associate for Fund/Client Accounting to conduct accounting services for clients, drive service improvement plans, and ensure compliance with accounting practices.

Responsibilities
Conduct accounting services for assigned clients, including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, and preparing reports
Drive service improvement plans by targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes, and providing specialist review functions for moderately complex funds
Resolve reconciliation of accounts for more complex or atypical transactions, reviewing junior team members' work and assisting with methodologies
Draft reports and review fund reporting issues, ensuring alignment with GAAP/IFRS and compliance with BNY accounting practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
5-7 years of total work experience
Strong knowledge of fund accounting practices
Strong knowledge of financial regulations
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
Ability to provide guidance to less experienced team members
Preferred
CPA or advanced degree
Big 4 accounting firm experience
