Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure adherence to agreements
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
Partner with internal stakeholders, such as operations, training, quality, workforce, finance, to align vendor activities with organizational objectives
Ensure ARC teams provide regular audits and performance reviews, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to leadership
Continuously enhance vendor governance frameworks, policies, and processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness
Act as the primary escalation point for vendor-related disputes and drive swift resolution
