Responsibilities
Conducts studies of work processes, procedures, and operations relating to the conversion of data to information technology systems
Performs various fact-finding tasks and develops preliminary evaluations and recommendations
Develops plans and procedures for implementing automation
Analyzes, evaluates, and makes recommendations on methods and procedures relating to assigned projects
Designs and develops new forms for agencies to review
May develop computer programs as a secondary assignment
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree
One and one-half years (1 ½) of work experience in the research, analysis and design of information technology systems
Possession of a valid State of Hawai`i driver's license (Class 3) or any other valid comparable driver's license at time of filing
