They are seeking a skilled Operations and Maintenance Technician (HVAC) to ensure the optimal operation and maintenance of critical HVAC systems in both general and cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

Perform routine system checks and field rounds to ensure all HVAC systems operate within prescribed parameters
Oversee operation of systems such as cleanroom and general air handlers, exhaust fans, rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, and compressed air systems
Proactively identify equipment issues and accurately record findings in the equipment maintenance tracking software
Coordinate and execute timely maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance
Manage equipment/system rotations to support continuous operations
Plan and coordinate system shutdowns or outages with minimal disruption
Monitor and maintain system compliance with environmental standards through BMS data
Use Human Machine Interface (HMI) trends and event logs to diagnose system anomalies and implement effective solutions
Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role

Qualification

Required

Strong understanding of BMS systems and HVAC operational principles
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment
Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable

Preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC systems operation and maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical degree or HVAC certification preferred
Familiarity with cleanroom environments and associated air handling protocols is a plus
