Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on health optimization, disease prevention, and functional wellness
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory work, and imaging as clinically appropriate
Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations and company protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members—including physicians, nurses, nutritionists, and wellness specialists to ensure integrated care delivery
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Ensure compliance with telehealth, HIPAA, and all regulatory standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of telehealth services
Provide patient education and counseling on lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive health strategies
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in applicable state(s)
Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) required
Current DEA license in good standing
Preferred
Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred
Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or Preventive Health preferred
Prior telehealth experience is highly desirable
