Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of job installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Hire, schedule, and supervise subcontractors and in-house crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers, maintaining margins while securing high-quality materials
Work closely with the sales team to provide product installation and specifications training
Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards
Review subcontractor invoices to verify accuracy and ensure alignment with work completed
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of window, siding, roofing, and gutters products and installation practices
Experience managing subcontractors and in-house crews in the construction industry
Ability to read and understand manufacturer specifications and installation guidelines
Strong negotiation skills for working with vendors and subcontractors
Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to order and critically measure material for window, siding, roofing, and gutters jobs
