Responsibilities

Identifies and leads automation initiatives across billing, invoicing, payment posting, reconciliation, and dispute management processes

Designs and implements RPA, or ML solutions to optimize repetitive, high-volume tasks and develop billing controls

Manages billing efficiency dashboards, reporting KPIs such as processing time, error rate, and auto-posting success rate

Supports the migration or integration of billing systems and tools as part of digital transformation projects

Collaborates with cross-functional teams (ISG, Finance, CXM, and other Business Operations) to streamline workflows

Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions for billing, invoicing, payment posting, reconciliation, and dispute management processes

Ability to create interactive dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent)

Experience in managing KPI reporting to improve operational efficiency

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data

Experience in developing RPA or machine learning solutions for repetitive tasks

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows

Experience in supporting billing system migrations or integrations as part of digital transformation efforts
