Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of member service
Monitor and manage branch performance metrics, including sales targets, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
Foster a member-centric culture by ensuring all staff provide exceptional service and personalized financial solutions
Assist members with their personal and business banking needs
Resolve complex member issues and complaints promptly and effectively
Regularly review and enhance service processes to improve member experience and satisfaction
Drive branch sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets for products and services
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance member relationships and financial well-being
Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and deepen relationships with existing members
Periodically attend joint calls with lines of business partners and prospective members/members
Represent DFCU Financial at community and networking events to build and strengthen community relationships
Actively participate in local business groups, chambers of commerce, and other relevant organizations
Promote DFCU Financials brand and services within the community to attract new business and household accounts
Ensure operational processes are followed accurately and efficiently to minimize risk and enhance service quality
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Implement best practices for cash management, security, and fraud prevention

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a management role
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving performance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to develop new business and build and maintain relationships within the community
Results driven and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Consistent positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude
Knowledge of credit union products, services, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred
