As a Senior Systems Manager, you will collaborate with experts in Critical Service Engineering to design IT infrastructure and develop architectural plans that align with business objectives, while maintaining critical systems essential for daily operations.

Responsibilities

Provide design to virtualization and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift) to support enterprise workloads

Develop and maintain container cluster architecture, including node planning, storage design, and network configuration

Automate deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of containerized applications using CI/CD pipelines

Evaluation different infrastructure solutions including new technologies to provide best fit solution for various projects

Implement and support infrastructure solutions in sophisticated, high-performance trading environments that demand stability, high throughput and low latency

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define system requirements

Provide advice for operating policies, technical architecture and configuration of infrastructure system

Create detailed documentation for system architecture and design

Oversee the implementation of new systems and infrastructure

Define standard approaches and configurations for infrastructure technologies including monitoring, troubleshooting, installation, patching and upgrade, performance tuning, backup and recovery, testing, capacity planning, etc

Provide technical guidance and support to project and BAU teams.‍

Review project and BAU team’s deliverables to ensure highest quality delivery and implementation
