PACE Child Care Works is a full-service childcare resource and referral program dedicated to helping families find quality childcare. The ParentChild+ Early Learning Specialist will support families in building literacy and interactions with their children, ensuring they are prepared for school.

Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to families

Work with parents/caregivers

Conduct home visits to assigned families twice a week

Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner

Attend required trainings

Participate in weekly team meetings

Have reliable transportation

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or GED required

Must be able to read and write well enough to complete home session reports, progress evaluations, and read children's books fluently with the families

Computer skills required

Must be able to pass a CORI and SORI background checks

The ParentChild+ Early Learning Specialist will conduct outreach to families
