Customer Service CSI Representative

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Customer Service/CSI Representative to join their team in West Palm Beach. This role involves assisting the company in obtaining guest feedback on manufacturer surveys and following up to resolve concerns and improve service experiences.

Download and create reports from manufacturer surveys
Reviews Survey feedback with Manager
Follow up with guest on incomplete surveys to build survey response
Follow up with guest in partnership with leadership to address and resolve any concerns

Qualification

Automotive Dealership experienceCDK experienceOral communication skillsCustomer serviceFeedback resolution

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of Automotive Dealership experience
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

CDK experience preferred
