Data Center Operations Program Manager, JoinOCI
NetSuite is a leading provider of cloud-based business management software, and they are seeking a Data Center Operations Program Manager. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing multiple interrelated projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure effective collaboration between project teams
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary
Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, communicating progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders and executive sponsors
Drive program reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data to improve program outcomes
Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources across assigned programs
Track and report program metrics, KPIs, and overall performance
Mentor and guide project managers and junior team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or enterprise environment
Strong familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Preferred
advanced degree preferred
PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is an advantage
