Client Concierge
Six Point Wealth Advisors is a client-centered financial planning practice dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve financial confidence through personalized advice and long-term relationships. They are seeking a Client Concierge to be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring each interaction reflects the team’s values of integrity, excellence, and care.

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly upon arrival, answer incoming calls, and manage client communications via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency
Assist with meeting preparation, including organizing documents, ensuring files are complete, and supporting advisors as needed
Serve as a reliable team member who proactively helps maintain smooth daily office operations
Provide backup support for administrative tasks and ensure office materials and supplies are well maintained
Represent the firm with clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Friendly, approachable, and aligned with team values
Adaptable and eager to help wherever needed
No degree required
Preferred
Previous client service or administrative experience preferred
Financial services experience a plus but not required
Benefits
