New Grad, Entry LevelPennyrile Ford is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Detail Technician to join our service operations team. This position is responsible for the meticulous cleaning and presentation of our vehicle inventory and customer vehicles serviced through our dealership.
Retail
Responsibilities
Clean and detail vehicle exteriors and interiors to dealership and manufacturer standards
Perform thorough vacuuming, shampooing, waxing, polishing, and protective treatments
Ensure all vehicles are showroom-ready or customer delivery-ready, as needed
Safely move vehicles around the lot and service area
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay, detailing supplies, and workspaces
Assist with vehicle lot organization, service drive flow, and event setup as requested
Perform additional facility or general support tasks as assigned by management
Adhere to all safety guidelines, cleanliness protocols, and company procedures
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Dependable, professional, and a strong team contributor
Preferred
Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required—training provided
