Enterprise Account Executive | SaaS | International Expansion
One Eighty Collective is a PE-owned tech company looking to expand their sales team as they scale revenue significantly. They seek an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive international sales, focusing on complex SaaS deals with Fortune 1000 companies.
Responsibilities
Own a full-cycle enterprise sales process (prospect → close) in assigned territories
Drive new business into companies with Europe, Brazil, or Mexico as their HQ
Lead discovery, pitch, and demo process (supported by sales engineers & solution consultants)
Manage long and complex 12–18 month deal cycles with C-level stakeholders
Self-source ~50% of pipeline while leveraging SDR and inbound lead support
Contribute to shaping the sales playbook and go-to-market processes as the team scales
Qualification
Required
Very strong SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 yrs in enterprise sales
Proven success closing $300k+ ARR deals with long sales cycles (12+ mo)
Experience selling to enterprise businesses with global presence and HQ's outside the US
Track record of new business hunting (this role is 100% new business, no farming)
Comfort working in a PE-backed, build-stage environment with evolving sales ops and enablement
Strong self-sourcing discipline, ROI/value-based selling skills, and executive presence
Light travel (conferences, onsite meetings, purposeful client visits)
