Responsibilities

Work closely with trial teams to identify opportunities to apply AI in case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation

Attend high-level litigation meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials to provide real-time AI-supported analysis and problem-solving

Research and deploy the latest AI technologies to optimize legal research, document review, evidence analysis, and case presentation

Serve as an internal advisor on emerging AI tools, ethics, and best practices within the legal profession

Contribute to firmwide innovation initiatives, ensuring Kelley | Uustal remains at the forefront of technological advancement in trial law

Required

Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, CoCounsel, etc.) and a strong understanding of their practical applications in the legal field

Preferred

Prior litigation experience preferred; however, exceptional candidates with proven AI fluency and a passion for complex problem-solving will be considered
