Responsibilities
Produce new business opportunities within the assigned underwriting territory (Schaumberg & Milwaukee)
Evaluate, select, underwrite, price, quote and maintain new and renewal business
Develop and implement marketing plans with applicable commercial insurance managers
Achieve renewal retention of at least 90%
Adhere to Chubb Commercial Insurance standards for underwriting, pricing and servicing
Work with other middle market teams on potential cross-sell and account round opportunities
The individual will manage a new business pipeline. This includes:
Prospecting and maintain prospecting pipeline at least 3x applicable new business goal
Maintaining relationships with key trading partners
Qualification
Required
Produce new business opportunities within the assigned underwriting territory (Schaumberg & Milwaukee)

Preferred
Driver's license
College degree in insurance, business or related fields or equivalent experience
4+ years commercial casualty experience, and/or underwriting Fortune 1000 companies
