Responsibilities
Proactive and productive 24X7 support to end users for Oracle ERP application
Work on the production issues, defects and fix them on time
Coordination and management of work load to ensure timely deployment based on business priorities, including creating weekly status report
Monitor the jobs and programs running and act accordingly
Support business for period closing activity
Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements for enhancement
Review and understand functional and non-functional requirements
Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed
Attend all the priority bridge calls and provide necessary support
Qualification
Required
PL/SQL, Oracle report, Workflow, OAF, Oracle ERP Finance Functional module (AP, AR, GL, Cash Management)
8+ Years of experience in Oracle ERP different module in R12 and above
Experience working on development of Interfaces in finance module, Custom Components, Extension, Shell script and PL/SQL
Worked on OA Framework and workflow to check the production support issue
Good knowledge in Oracle ERP finance modules like AP, AR & GL
Should have knowledge on the basic concept and process flow for each finance module
Proactive and productive 24X7 support to end users for Oracle ERP application
Work on the production issues, defects and fix them on time
