Senior Sales Development Manager

The Senior Sales Development Manager will lead an elite SDR team targeting sophisticated GTM organizations, driving outbound sales efforts and developing talent within the team.

Responsibilities

Build and scale a top-tier SDR team focused on enterprise accounts
Recruit, onboard, and develop SDRs with high bar for quality, professionalism, and output
Lead from the front — making calls, writing messaging, and breaking into target accounts
Architect an ABM-driven outbound engine (calls, sequences, social, personalization)
Integrate Actively into daily SDR workflows for research, messaging, talk tracks, and objection handling
Collaborate with Enterprise AEs on account strategy, persona targeting, and pipeline alignment
Own SDR KPIs: meetings set, SQOs created, and pipeline contribution
Build coaching rhythms, dashboards, and standards for consistent outbound execution
Experiment, innovate, and operationalize new outbound approaches as our market evolves
Develop SDRs into enterprise-ready AEs or GTM operators

Required

5+ years in sales with 2–3+ years leading SDR teams

Hands-on leader who models elite execution and sets the standard
Strong ABM strategist — research, personalization, persona mapping
AI-minded and excited to build an SDR team that leverages Actively daily
Builder who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Strong recruiter who attracts top SDR talent and develops them quickly
