Head of Sales Development
Actively AI is focused on building superintelligent machines for Enterprise GTM organizations to enhance productivity. They are seeking a Head of Sales Development to take ownership of the SDR function, evolve it into a top-of-funnel engine, and lead a call-heavy outreach strategy to engage executive-level sponsors.

Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of the SDR organization: architecture, outcomes, standards, and culture
Develop and mentor SDR leaders, helping them operate at a higher level of scale, complexity, and strategic impact
Create clear swim lanes and leadership leverage that allow the function to grow without fragmentation
Establish and reinforce a call-first culture for enterprise and strategic outreach
Operate in the trenches with the team — calling, refining talk tracks, and breaking into Strategic accounts
Model executive-respectful outreach grounded in strong POVs, preparation, and credibility
Extend an existing, effective enterprise outreach motion to consistently reach CROs, CEOs, and executive AI sponsors
Train SDRs to use bottoms-up research to drive credible, top-down executive conversations
Shift outreach from meeting-setting to mandate-backed, executive-validated opportunities
Design a coordinated multi-channel motion (calls, email, social, events, executive touches)
Partner closely with Marketing on social presence, executive events, and field strategies
Encourage 'do things that don’t scale' approaches for high-value strategic accounts when warranted
Re-architect SDR workflows using Actively’s AI infrastructure to improve research, prioritization, and objection handling
Partner with Product, Agent PMs, and RevOps to operationalize AI-native SDR workflows
Use the SDR org as a live testbed for new AI-powered GTM execution
Establish visible standards for preparation, pace, and craft
Develop SDR managers and team leads into strong coaches and operators
Build a culture where SDR is a true feeder function into Enterprise AE and GTM leadership roles
Package the SDR org’s motion, workflows, and results into a clear internal and external narrative
Partner with Sales leadership and founders to use 'Actively for Actively – SDR' as a proof point
Contribute to Actively’s POV on the future of AI-native, enterprise sales development
Qualification
Required
7+ years in sales with deep experience leading and personally operating in enterprise SDR motions
Strong people developer with a track record of elevating existing leaders, not just building teams from scratch
Comfortable taking full ownership of a critical function while operating collaboratively
Deep belief in call-led, executive-level outreach
Systems-oriented leader who turns hands-on execution into scalable operating models
AI-fluent and excited to treat AI as infrastructure
Builder who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments
