Perform detailed requirement analysis and lead solution design
Mentor team members and enforce coding standards
Ensure implementation of TDD practices and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in architectural discussions
Drive risk mitigation and technical documentation efforts
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Windows application development using C++ and MFC
Strong understanding of OOP, multithreading, IPC, and design patterns
Experience with unit/integration testing and Agile practices
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of PowerShell
Knowledge of DICOM
