Licensed Transaction Coordinator
Wizehire is a top-producing real estate team looking for a transaction coordinator to assist with various administrative aspects of real estate transactions. The role involves managing paperwork, scheduling inspections, and facilitating communication between buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities
Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner
Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
Qualification
Required
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
At least a Florida Real Estate License is required
Transaction Coordination experience is required
High school or equivalent required
Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
Preferred
Some college experience preferred
Real estate license preferred
Experience in Florida is preferred over New Mexico
Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
