Responsibilities
Define use cases and perform requirements definition / allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification & validation, and requirements traceability
Create, analyze, and maintain system models using Cameo to support system architecture development, requirements decomposition, design verification, and system integration activities
Develop, manage, and analyze system requirements and perform decomposition from functional to allocated and product baselines
Collaborate with program and customer counterparts to develop system engineering deliverables
Collaborate as a member of the system engineering team to establish policies, procedures, and best practices for adoption across the discipline while also ensuring configuration management and integrity of the requirements and model baselines
Collaborate with the design engineering teams to develop technical solutions to ensure requirements are correctly incorporated into both the model and the design of the deliverable system

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science; or a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree with demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering
8+ years of demonstrated proficiency with requirements management, analysis and allocation
5+ years of demonstrated proficiency in Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and familiarity with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
Understanding of the Systems Engineering V-model
Familiarity with Digital Engineering practices and tool sets as well as Project Management
Experience with Requirements Management Tools (such as DOORS or Jama) and MBSE tools (Cameo)
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to obtain a DOD Secret level security clearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good command of English language, is a fundamental requirement
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Ability to travel, as needed
