InternGlobe Telecom is dedicated to creating a wonderful world for its people and nation. The People and Stakeholder Engagement Intern will support the CXM team in enhancing employee engagement and collaboration through various initiatives, including communications and event coordination.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing engagement programs for Globe’s CXM team and frontliner communities (e.g., BPOs, Stores, Field Technicians)
Draft and publish internal communication materials such as announcements, invites, and campaign messages through Workvivo, Google Chat, or email
Help organize and document learning sessions, engagement activities, and recognition events — including logistics, attendance tracking, and post-event reports
Support tracking of participation, learning hours, and feedback results (e.g., Frontliner NPS, CXM engagement scores) through Google Sheets and dashboards
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are on time and aligned with engagement objectives
Help gather best practices and insights related to employee and frontliner engagement to inform program design and reporting
Maintain accurate records of project timelines, attendance, vendor coordination, and communications for audit and continuity purposes
Qualification
Preferred
Background in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, or Business Management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and tools like Canva
Interest in Customer Experience (CX), People Engagement, and Frontliner Enablement
