Responsibilities

Overall leadership, management and performance of multiple regions across the company
Direct leadership of General Managers and Business Development Managers
Indirect leadership of sales operational teams within assigned geographies
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, improve profits and strengthen organizational capabilities
Learn, implement and lead Sims-Lohman culture and processes in a new region
Develop vision, strategy and implement for results
Grow and expand a region in sales
Work closely with the customer base
Develop and maintain budget, costs and enhance profitability

Required

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in the building materials industry or light manufacturing
Ability to learn, implement and lead Sims-Lohman culture and processes in a new region
Commitment to the customer by meeting delivery & install targets
Ability to develop vision, strategy and implement for results
Proven track record in growing, expanding a region in sales
Ability and willingness to work closely with the customer base
Thorough knowledge of order entry, sales and operations management business systems
Previous P & L responsibility, demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain budget, costs and enhance profitability
Degree in Business, Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent demonstrated experience
