Associate Rehab Manager
Quickie Wheelchairs is committed to improving people's lives by providing innovative mobility products and services. The Associate Rehab Manager will support the Account Manager/Rehab Manager in achieving sales expectations through delivery and servicing of Complex Rehabilitation Technology equipment and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Delivery and set up of CRT mobility equipment for evaluations / assessments
Trains ATP’s and clinics on safe use of company equipment as directed
Performs troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment independently
Performs / demonstrates the features and benefits of company products to prospective ATPs, Clinicians and clinics as directed by Account Manager / Rehab Manager
Communicates daily with Account Manager / Rehab Manager, assigned customer service if needed regarding delivery and/or service requirements
Completes and submits paperwork, checks email within 24 hours as requested
Maintains inventory control and prepares status reports and conducts quarterly physical-count inventory
Documents and reports all product issues per company guidelines and procedures
Complete other assigned tasks as requested by Regional Director / Account Manager / Rehab Manager
Overnight travel and some special events on weekends are required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent related experience
Minimum three years of CRT industry experience performing technical service
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy in a Windows environment
Must maintain a Valid Driver's License
