Recruit new students and conduct applicant interviews
Serve as primary EdD student advisor
Teach at least two EdD courses per year (evenings/weekends) and other courses in HSEL
Oversee and collaborate with HSEL colleagues to grow and innovate the EdD program and curriculum
Oversee and manage program logistics
Represent Hamline in the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED)

Required

A terminal degree (EdD or PhD) in education or a closely related field is required
Demonstrated leadership in EdD programs, graduate teaching, and dissertation advising
Strong commitment to advancing equity, social justice, and inclusive education
Expertise in educational leadership (K–12 or higher education)
Deep commitment to serving adult learners and doctoral students
Record of or strong potential for scholarly productivity
Ability to recruit new students and conduct applicant interviews
Serve as primary EdD student advisor
Teach at least two EdD courses per year (evenings/weekends)
Oversee and collaborate with HSEL colleagues to grow and innovate the EdD program and curriculum
Oversee and manage program logistics
Represent Hamline in the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED)
