Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day AML/CTF advisory support to business units, operations, and other key stakeholders
Interpret and communicate AML regulatory requirements to ensure business initiatives comply with local and global standards
Advise on AML implications of new products, services, and customer onboarding processes
Assist in the development and review of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory alignment
Respond to internal queries and provide guidance on complex AML issues
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to assess and mitigate financial crime risks
Support the delivery of AML training and awareness programs across departments
Monitor industry developments, enforcement actions, and regulatory changes to ensure proactive advisory input
Participate in internal and external audits or regulatory examinations by providing subject matter expertise
Qualification
Required
