Account Manager (Performance Marketing & AI SaaS)
CB/I Digital is a performance marketing and AI technology company that partners with DTC brands and enterprise clients to achieve significant digital success. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing performance marketing accounts, building client relationships, and driving customer success for Conative AI SaaS clients.
Responsibilities
Own client relationships and act as the trusted growth advisor for 4–6 Ecommerce brands
Lead weekly calls and reporting, communicate strategy clearly and persuasively
Identify growth opportunities and drive upsells across performance marketing and Conative AI services
Understand your clients’ business models, product margins, inventory, and marketing mix
Guide internal teams (or execute directly if needed) on campaign strategy, structure, and optimizations
Audit accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok) to spot inefficiencies and make high-impact recommendations
Review spend allocation, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROAS performance weekly
Onboard new Conative AI clients and run high-touch trial engagements
Explain AI forecasting insights and show how it impacts inventory and marketing planning
Solve issues and advocate for client needs with the product and engineering teams
Ensure adoption of key features and maintain client satisfaction post-sale
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house DTC)
Strong understanding of paid media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
Experience managing clients directly, especially DTC/eCommerce
Confident communicator – written, verbal, and visual (decks, reports, etc.)
Ability to interpret data, present insights, and prioritize what drives business growth
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time and project management skills
Comfortable wearing multiple hats – performance marketer, strategist, client advisor
Preferred
Experience using SaaS tools or working with product teams
Background in inventory, merchandising, or demand forecasting
Experience with TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics 4
Amazon skills
B2B SaaS account management or onboarding experience
Strong slide design skills for strategy and performance decks
