Responsibilities
Design and build high-quality, scalable solutions for enterprise businesses with a focus on transformation using GenAI
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver Max AI, ensuring seamless user experiences that delight customers worldwide
Mentor team members by guiding them through design challenges, overcoming technical obstacles, and resolving bottlenecks to drive project progress
Contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where clear direction isn't always available—your initiative and communication will be crucial
Engage with customers, executives from outside of engineering and other leaders from within the development team, providing key insights that drive product decisions
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience building professional software with a track record of growth
Full-stack expertise, ready to learn what you don't know and teach us if you're ahead
Experience in our tech stack (TypeScript/React, Java/Kotlin, Python, SQL, LLMs, GraphQL, Mongo)
Great software developers
Effective communicators with the skills to articulate the detail and value of our solution architecture to external stakeholders
Proven ability to mentor and guide other team members, fostering their growth and development
A passion for innovation, and the drive to constantly improve your skills, our software, our culture and the products we build together
The ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred
background in data transformation/analytics or machine learning
