Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Administration and Management, including International Business and Human Resource Management

Demonstrate flexibility in teaching across at least two of the following areas: Human Resource Management, International Business, Strategic Management and Innovation/New Venture Creation

Deliver engaging instruction using online and in-person modalities, integrating effective technologies and AI applications in teaching

Maintain an active and sustainable research and scholarship program consistent with AACSB accreditation standards

Collaborate with local businesses to provide experiential learning opportunities such as internships, consulting projects, and field experiences

Participate in student mentoring, curriculum development, and service to the School, University, and community

Manage the learning environment effectively by maintaining accurate records, meeting reporting deadlines, and upholding academic policies

Foster an inclusive and respectful learning community that supports diverse populations

Required

Doctorate (Ph.D. or D.B.A.) in Strategic Management, International Business, Business Administration (with an appropriate concentration), or a closely related field or ABD to be completed in one year

Evidence of or potential for excellence in undergraduate teaching and a commitment to continuous improvement

Demonstrated ability or potential to engage in scholarly research leading to peer-reviewed publications

Fluency and pedagogical competence in AI applications relevant to business education
