Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients and provide technical expertise to understand their unique needs and challenges with mechanical systems. Provide onsite application recommendations and when requested provide equipment start up support
Develop and propose customized mechanical solutions by leveraging your engineering knowledge to align products with client specifications, performance expectations, and budgets
Prepare accurate and detailed technical proposals and quotes that clearly explain the benefits of the proposed solutions
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for new products and market growth
Actively pursue new business opportunities and work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets to drive revenue growth
Plans monthly travel to work with company representatives, call on end-users to prospect new business and work with Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) firms on specific project opportunities
Work with internal teams, including production, and other sales personnel, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
Status of all quotations generated by the company. Contacts buyers, engineers, and company representatives to determine quotation status of pricing, timing of project, and to promote advantages over competitors
Willing to perform other duties as required to support company functions

BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience in mechanical equipment sales
