The Junior Business Intelligence Developer will assist in developing data tools and maintaining dashboards to ensure data integrity, ultimately aiding in strategic decision-making across departments.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance
Conduct financial, expense, and ministry objective analysis using Tableau and Excel
Perform basic forecasting and trend analysis to support planning efforts
Partner with BI Developers to define business rules and ensure data integrity
Assist in database cleanup and organization to improve reporting quality
Translate business needs into analytical requirements under guidance
Identify patterns and anomalies in data to inform strategic decisions
Present findings clearly to stakeholders across departments
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs
Support testing and validation of BI tools and reports
Participate in team knowledge sharing and code reviews
Contribute to discussions on data strategy and tool improvements
Qualification
Required
