As a Supply Chain Optimization Analyst, you will help identify and implement process improvements that reduce operating costs and enhance efficiency across logistics, sourcing, planning, and customer success functions.

Responsibilities

Partner with Transportation, Distribution, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Planning, and Customer Success to identify improvement opportunities

Work with IT to evaluate and implement new technologies and process enhancements

Support special projects and duties as assigned by leadership

Identify and facilitate process improvements aligned with key business goals

Perform and evaluate economic analyses to support project recommendations

Support initiatives that drive cost savings and operational efficiency across the supply chain

Oversee project performance, ensuring timely completion and achievement of goals

Lead or support training initiatives related to continuous improvement

Track and audit project outcomes to ensure sustained impact and alignment with strategic objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing principles

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced level knowledge of Excel

Strong analytical skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability

Ability to adjust communication style based upon varying levels of audiences you will encounter

Strong interpersonal and technical skills

Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
