Responsibilities
Customer Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Product Knowledge - Develop a deep understanding of TIME Manufacturing Company’s product offerings to effectively communicate benefits and solutions
Sales - Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities, generate quotes, and close sales. Work with customers in electric utility, telecommunications, and forestry selling Versalift and Brand FX products
Order Management - Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
Data Management - Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking leads, sales, and customer interactions
Problem Resolution - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating as necessary
Performance Metrics - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to continuous learning
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
