Responsibilities
Analyse digital data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and optimization
Design and execute data analyses to optimize digital journeys efficiency, increase users satisfaction and drive customer acquisition and engagement
Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns with relevant insights and analyse their effectiveness
Make recommendations to improve website effectiveness by analysing click stream data
Qualification
Required
More than 5 years of expertise in analysing digital data and driving effectiveness of marketing campaigns and conversion optimisation, with extensive experience in analysing and interpreting complex data sets
Experience in leveraging diverse sources of data (digital tools, UX analytics tools, customer feedback tools) to create compelling analyses-backed recommendations for digital growth
Good knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation and the ability to incubate such programs in an organisation
Proven experience in working in a global organisation with teams and stakeholders based in multiple countries
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred
Relevant certifications in data analysis tools and platforms (Google Analytics Certification, Google Cloud Platform Certification)
