Responsibilities

Understands automotive/commercial vehicle companies (OEM and Tier 1-Supplier), end customers as well as the government/regulations
Identifies project opportunities within the automotive/commercial vehicle ecosystem
Develops business at new automotive/commercial vehicle clients using account development methods
Leads project acquisitions by developing, presenting, negotiating and closing of proposals
Serves as primary point of contact for client executives
Leads work streams during client engagements
Act as a long-term companion for decision makers in a VUCAD-World
Manages client and Porsche Consulting project team members
Reviews and approves project delivery documents prior to presentations
Leads the collection, analysis and interpretation of client and industry information
Provides ongoing feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members
Enhances and trains Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and tools for Automotive/Commercial Vehicles
Provides content for press articles and develops event presentations and other marketing materials for the Automotive practice
Speaks/Represents Porsche Consulting at relevant conferences

Required

Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management and/or related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
Hands-on experience in Strategy and Operations Management, preferably in the automotive/ commercial vehicle sector
High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
Minimum 7 years of total professional experience in both consultancies and automotive corporations
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
Demonstrated ability to develop and grow new client business selling management consulting services
Impact orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation
Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Porsche Consulting, Inc. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), or any other non-immigrant status)

Preferred

Second language fluency in German, Spanish, or French a plus
