Perform client account registrations and order processing

Answer incoming patient, physician and client calls

Contact physician offices and client accounts for resolution of lab orders and specimen related issues

Assist with dispatch of NCH courier teams

Performs registrations, and enters lab orders

Qualification

Customer service experienceCommunication skillsOrganization skillsModerate computer skills

Required

High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience

Previous customer service experience preferred

Good communication and organization skills

Moderate computer skills needed

Strong customer service skills
