Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure that our customers receive the best possible advice
Qualification
Required
A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
A proactive and customer-obsessed approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
