Responsibilities
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for assigned entities and business areas
Ensure completeness of accruals and prepayments, accurate cost allocation, and capitalization of expenses
Review, reconcile, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability
Analyse results, challenge data, and provide clear explanations for variances against budget
Present financial performance insights and cost analysis to management, including ad-hoc analysis as required
Partner with Financial Accounting to prepare documentation and analysis for external auditors
Ensure proper controls, checkpoints, and documentation are in place to support compliance and governance
Review contracts and provide feasibility analysis to support commercial and operational decisions
Identify, document, and present cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
Document, standardize, and update finance processes and procedures
Support continuous improvement of reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
Collaborate with global finance teams, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
Qualification
Required
Experience in a finance business partner, FP&A, or commercial finance role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and challenge financial data
Proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting and visualization tools is an advantage
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting cycles
Commercial awareness with the ability to assess contract and cost implications
Proactive, detail-driven, and solutions-focused mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
