Responsibilities
Operate various types of machines in the area; visually deburr parts and assemble parts into assemblies under the direction of the Area Supervisor and/or Lead Person
Ability to inspect parts to ensure compliance requirements
Learn to use various types of measuring devices
Maintain accurate production records
Uses SPC to monitor process control and product conformance
Follows Standard Operating Procedures and complies with ISO 9001 requirements
Performs preventative daily machine and workstation maintenance
Follows all safety requirements including use of PPE when required
Qualification
Required
3+ Years Experience for 1st Shift or 0-3 Years Experience for 2nd Shift
Ability to inspect parts to ensure compliance requirements
Learn to use various types of measuring devices
Maintain accurate production records
Uses SPC to monitor process control and product conformance
Follows Standard Operating Procedures and complies with ISO 9001 requirements
Performs preventative daily machine and workstation maintenance
Follows all safety requirements including use of PPE when required
Ability to read and learn various types of measuring equipment
Basic math skills
Must have excellent attendance record
Must have solid work history
Hand eye coordination is desired
Must have a great attitude
Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Professional with strong work ethic
Comfortable working as part of a team that includes all levels of the organization
