Able to organize team engagement events which include small events like sports events and large events like summer outings and year enders

Able to organize conferences and summits

Able to create and execute a skills competency assessment program together with HR and analyze results and provide recommended corrective actions to improve skills proficiency for IT resources

Able to create a training roadmap and curriculum for IT together with HR Learning

Able to monitor and track progress of training initiatives

Able to collaborate with vendors/partners for event sponsorships and training initiatives

Able to organize and execute townhalls, including details of logistics
