Outgoing Quality Assurance Engineer
TSMC is a leading semiconductor company with a state-of-the-art facility in Arizona. They are seeking an Outgoing Quality Assurance Engineer to establish inspection sites, perform defect analysis, and lead quality improvement projects to ensure high standards in semiconductor processes.

Responsibilities
Establish new outgoing wafer inspection sites to ensure smooth operations and high-quality standards
Release, maintain, and set up recipes for OQA tools (AVI, OM, Sorter, packing tools, etc.), as well as monitor quality control processes
Perform wafer defect failure analysis, root cause analysis, and risk assessments to address and resolve quality issues
Develop and implement OQA quality improvement projects and enhance big data analytical capabilities to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with teams to design solutions for yield improvement, defect reduction, and problem-solving in semiconductor processes
Support AI program development and Machine Learning techniques to improve efficiency and automation in quality inspections
Manage projects effectively with proactive communication and innovative problem-solving approaches
Work within advanced cleanroom/manufacturing environments while adhering to safety and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related field
Proficiency in project management methodologies
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proactive and innovative mindset with good judgment
Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in team environments
Resilient and positive demeanor, especially in fast-paced work settings
Ability to work inside cleanroom/advanced manufacturing environments
Preferred
Master's degree is preferred
Familiarity with AI program development and Machine Learning techniques
Semiconductor integration, product, process, or quality engineering experience is a plus
Experience in yield improvement, defect reduction, and problem-solving is a plus
