Responsibilities
Fabricate transistors on exploratory channel materials in a cleanroom setting
Characterize channel materials and analyze electrical transistor performance
Work with multifunctional teams which include expertise in device, materials, and characterization
Engage with university collaborators on exploratory research topics
Convert results of innovative works into patents and publications
Qualification
Required
Progress towards PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
Solid background in experimental research on transistor materials and device
Preferred
Hands-on experience in transistor fabrication and characterization
Strong publication track record in leading conference and journals
