Responsibilities

Operating and Maintaining Machinery: Setting up, operating, and maintaining production lines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimizing downtime
Assembly: Combining individual components, parts, or materials to create a finished product to the customer specifications
Quality Inspections: Inspecting in-process components, and finished products for defects, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to specifications
Identifying Defects and Non-compliance: Recognizing and documenting any defects or deviations from specifications and reporting them to relevant teams for resolution
Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of production data, inspection findings, and equipment status. Ensuring the proper functioning of inspection equipment through calibration and basic maintenance
Adhering to Safety and Quality Standards: Following safety regulations and procedures during operation and inspection. Abiding by safety regulations, company policies, and quality guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Collaboration: Working effectively with other team members, departments, and, in some cases, customers or auditors, to optimize production and quality control

5+ years of work experience within a manufacturing setting servicing electronics component, industrial, and aerospace markets
