Sales Representative, Liquidnet

Liquidnet is a next-generation agency execution specialist focused on connecting institutional investors with global investments. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with institutional clients, market to traders, cultivate relationships, and support customer trading experiences.

Responsibilities

Market to new and existing traders and firms
Leverage existing and establish new business relationships
Entertain existing and new business relationships in conjunction with Brokers
Train customers on SEF platform
Monitor Markets
Assist with platform testing
Provide customer feedback regarding trading policies and protocol to Product Mangers
Enhancement requests
When necessary, assist with the delivery of securities and settlement information (post- trade and settlement instructions)
Handle error trades (break parameters); and
Other duties as may be assigned

Required

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client-facing sales role, preferably in electronic trading platforms or similar environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Builds relationships and networks both internally and externally
Demonstrates strong customer focus
Demonstrates ability to work effectively with others
Ability to work with diverse groups/personalities
Adapts communication style to suit audience

Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Demonstrates high levels of energy in seeking out and achieving new goals
