Responsibilities

The Integration Consultant develops solutions to synchronize data between Workday’s cloud-based software and external systems

This role partners with customer teams to gather design specifications, utilize Workday development tools to build and deploy interfaces and integrations to/from Workday’s customers' various upstream and downstream systems

Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience

Define, build, and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with the client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software, of increasing complexity levels with experience

Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Workday Integrations certification required

6 + years of Integration experience and ability to craft, develop, and deploy end-to-end integration

Functional application experience in the HCM domain

3+ years of experience designing and developing: EIB Inbound/Outbound integrations, Studio, Core connectors, Workday payroll Integrations, PECI and WECI integrations, Advance/Matrix/BIRT reporting, XSLT / XML, Web Services APIs

Proficiency in Workday data conversion tools such as EIBs, Workday Studio, and iLoad

Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot migration issues

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Workday Integration Certification

Experience building and debugging Custom Reports

Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
